intake elbow install ?
Allright stupid question...When I insatll my intake elbow from intakeelbows.com I was wondering what size socket to use on the four bolts either a 5/16 or a 10mm?? I don't want to strip the four bolts that are on there. I read the link on the truckblog site for accufabs elbow. Thanks for your help...

Ones a 10mm and the other 3 are 9mm if I'm not mistaken..

If your looking at the engine.. You have 4 bolts on the intake, each corner.. It's going to be the left corner closest to the front end..

FRONT OF ENGINE

It's the "O" mark..

One is a 10mm the other three are 8mm

Is this true for an '06 as well?? i put the 10mm on all and it seemed to grab them..

You got an 06... I'm sorry man.. The bolt size I said was for the Engines that have that stupid Throttle Plate.. Like me..

I forgot yours are just two 45* angles connected..

later models might be same size for all since it doesn't have a throttle body. If it fits you're good.
