camshaft position synchronizer
I just replaced the synchronizer in a 1997 ranger 3.0 and I really need to pass the emmisions test now. will the codes clear themselves or is there something I need to do??

welcome to fte rascal. disconnect the battery and turn on the lights for an hour or so. then reconnect. this resets the computer and she starts reseting learned parameters. take her out for a descent drive and see if you have any trouble. let us know.
