The actuator motor is on the bottom side of the heater box under the dash in the center. If you have a console you will need to get it out of the way to get to it. It is a squarish white box about 3 inches square and about 1 inch thick. The shaft runs vertically. If it is the blend door it could be worse, I just did one on a Windstar for a neighbor and not only did the dash have to come out you had to replace the whole box including the AC condenser coil. The price on that at the stealer was $450.

Thanks Craig. Ive eleminated the blend door as the culprit already. It seems I may be looking at a compressor or a plugged orfice. It seems the high side is only reaching 150 and the low stays at 30. The line to the rear condensor is cold which is acting like the 134 is changing to gas during the travel to the rear. Not enouph 134, the compressor is not keeping up or finally a orfice tube is plugging up.
