are there any 16" i could swap?
what year rims would i look for? thanks
So it'll look bone stock or what?
1977... Were the 16's still split rim tube-type in 77? :/
They still were in 75, that's why i went with stock 15". :/

I have steel chrome-7-spoke 16"x 7" on it now, special ordered the last few through Discount tire. :) They are getting harder and harder to find. The latest name placed on them, yet made by the same machines as ever... is "Unique Wheel".
I got 16" X 7" white spokes on my 78 and planning on swapping them out for a set of aluminum wheels, but mine isn't a dually. I also have found out that you can take rims off of a 1996 f350 and put on a 1978 f250 single wheel. But one thing to watch is I had problems with putting stock 1984 wheels on to a 1991 f250. The rear hubs seemed to be a little bit larger diameter. I'd almost say you could find a dually truck up to mid 90's or so before they changed the bolt pattern to meteric and run 235/85 r16 tires should be fine. The way I usually find out if it works is by trying it first hand.
alvin, i got a 76 f350 for parts. the truck i need the tires for is a 77. it has tubeless tires. it was an option in 77. guess it could be tube or tubeless. i got a good deal on the 76, 250.00 i needed a bed for the 77 so i bought the bed, and got the rest of the truck free. its a good truck, real good shape.
