my sons truck is a 94 B3000 Mazda Sport I was just wondering what is in the sport package besides the decal on the side of the truck. It seem to sit higher than normal and has a two tone interior .anything else?
It could be different between years, but on the later sports, the bumpers and grill were color keyed to the body where as the xlt's had chrome in the same areas.
If it seems to sit high for a 4x2 it'd seem to be mocking a 4x4, but having the functionality of a prerunner? If there's limited slip in the rear thats what I'd assume. Check out the owners manual for an axle cross refferencing chart. The axle code is on the big sticker in the drivers door jamb. On the bottom of the sticker it'll say alxe with a 2 digit code underneath.
Thanks Wendell , It has color matched bumpers & grill . i was changing the speakers out today and Ford Premium was stamped on them so i'm guessing it also had cassette deck in it at one time ,after market when we got it.
the truck also has intermittent wipers and a rear slider. The truck has 305k kilometers(190k miles) runs great and rides tight. it actually has me thinking about a new one (ranger) for myself . I use the site quite abit and check it out just about every day ; thanks again for the help and hospitality
