wont start
i have 87 f-150 5.0 auto went to town truck started fine came home no start jumped across selenoid started fine replaced selonoid same problem took off the column switch tried to slide with screwdriver no start replaced it still no start what else controls the starting and can some one direct me to a wiring diagram i also have no power yo the neutral safety switch

If I think about it later this afternoon, I can email you a scanned image of the wiring diagram from a chilton manual. Might be better to just go out and buy one. If it starts by jumping the solenoid it can't be your starter wires or the starter, trying to think of what else controls the ignition besides anything you listed. If your neutral safety switch is bad that might be a reason why, I am not that familiar with auto trannys but I know on a manual if the neutral switch is off it wont start. I'll update you if I find any info.
