Another fuel pump problem, need help

Are you sure that is a relay?
The only reference I have is for an 89 that shows the relays. It says the device closest to the fender is the Anti-Skid Brake Test Connector (an 87 may not have this) next is the EEC Relay then the Fuel Pump and the last device is the self test connectors. The self-test connector is the plug that you use to run the self-test.

Yes. It is identical in appearance to the green and brown, except it has 5 wires into the connector.

I'll see if I can get it out of Ford on Monday.
