So hey, if my little group goes down a few days early before the g2g to stay at the ranch and do some bull/bronco riding would you wanna come along and cowboy up for a spin or two?

Heck ya...Might teach a young buck a thing or two!...Prefer the bull, but will hold my own on a green pony.
p.s. Sounds like a challenge from a greenhorn!

I wouldnt be suprised ive never had a chance to bullride yet, just broncs.
Even then im probably pretty out of practice, o well its one of those things you screw your hat down tight and then right around that first muscle twitch it all comes back to you! lol i love adrenaline

The key to a good ride is feeling the motion of the animal! Counter balance their moves and you will have a scoring ride....Bulls are just bigger than the broncs.
I am getting up in years, but I can still ride, I just may not heal as fast!

Exactly, you can feel the first twitch of the muscles right before they contract for the first time, lets you know which way they are gunna start before you even leave the gate, after that its just rolling with the motion and trying not to get out of synch with the animal.
