probably the clutch coil plug/socket connecter corroded contacts...
FF1 CHECK VOLTAGE AT CLUTCH CONNECTOR
Disconnect the clutch harness connector from the clutch line on the transfer case housing.
Set the voltmeter to the 20 VDC scale.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Shake the clutch harness and check for battery voltage between the clutch connector pin and chassis ground.
2 wire connector over transmission input shaft on passenger side top of transfer case...furtherest one out...other 2 connectors are front and rear axle speed sensors
check for 12v to connector and any corrosion on contacts pin and socket....put silicone dielectric grease on electrical contacts for protection
if you find corrosion in connector, also check the 2 axle speed sensors....common failure in our AWD Aeros in wet climates, snow and mud driving.
