460 Squeek
I've got a 79 Bronco with a 460 that I just put a comp cam in. I love the cam it performs great. Only trouble is the engine squeeks now. It's not a belt. It's coming from the valve covers. I took the driverside cover off and ran the engine to see if I could find the trouble. No oil was coming up to the head at all, but I've got good oil pressure (about 70psi at start-up cold; 45psi warm)
I've got ajustable rockers on it and also just replaced the valve springs with elderbrock torquer 2's.
The engine runs great exept for the squeek. Please help figure this one out.

hey man chk to see if u put the spring in the oil pump correctly if not the pump will make just enough pressure for the bearings but not enough to go up thru the push rods.. the squeek could be u destroying the cam...u know it trying to seeze up..just a guess hope its not to late..
