honestly... It's not worth the hassle to do an mV test.. Since you have 92k miles.. Your better off replacing the O2s, you may even get an increase in MPG since your fuel will be managed better..
mV stands for milliVolts.. It's 1/10,000th of a Volt.. O2's are measured in mV's, most traditional volt meters can measure in that mode.
