Picked up a new project.

Well I have had good luck with my Fords so far and have been wanting another truck for sometime but have put them off buying motorcycles also raising 3 kids now almost grown up and graduated. I'm 35 soon to 36 and have owned the following Fords:
1993 Mustang LX 5.0/5spd (Saleen body kit/Eldelbrock GT40 intake/Paxton SC sold in divorce while in the Army)
1977 F-250 4x4 1 ton 351M/4spd (bought after I sold the Mustang & traded it for a 84' Trans Am after 2 years)
1985 F-150 2wd I6/4spd ( bought this truck about 5 years ago and it was a work horse! great truck I ended up trading to get Dawn a Grand Cherokee she wanted)
1996 Explorer 4.0/Auto ( 210,000 miles when I sold it last week when my bud who owns a car lot picked my current F-250)
I friend had this truck he took in trade in from a older fella who bought a newer F-250 he had on his lot and sold it to me for the $1000 he had in it. I immedietly sold my Explorer which was running very nice, just put shocks/tune-up/exhaust on it,drove it to Iowa to pick up my 2 new Harleys (1650 mile round trip in 2 days) with out a hitch and it has 210,000 miles on it but I knew a guy who needed a decent vehicle for cheap and sold it to him and bought this truck. It's completely original and the ol guy basically used it to haul hay for his horses and tow his Harleys I guess. It needs some surface rust taken care of but no real rust out, well fender wells slightly but easy fix. Cab mounts & frame are sturdy and need recoated but the coating is still somewhat evident under it.Needs a couple bushings & I purchased a new clutch kit for it today and will be doing my first ever clutch replacememt soon. It's a little stiff but still working fine but may as well take care of it now. I am just going to purchase new fenders and doors for it instead of dealing with the rust on them. Floor boards are solid, need coated, the Cab and front are nice and solid. A couple buds do body work and will do me right and then to paint.Haven't decided what color yet? The interior is burgundy and in decent shape except the seat which I made a call and have a nice used 1 for $75 to pick-up until I get to that point of redoing it,body/frame & suspension first.
I'm not loaded so it won't all happen right now but parts aren't expensive and I have lots of friends in the car business to help. I have started getting into wrenching more since my kids are getting older and doing there own thing and have more time.I can do alot of your basics but haven't tore down a motor or tranny yet but will be So here is my new project 1989 F-250 4x4 5.0/5spd 160K miles.
Had new exhaust/tires/shocks/oil change which he did every 3000 with 2400 to go on it.The 5.0 perrs nice, not ticks/tacks whatsoever!Clutch is a little stiff but have a new 1 already. It's bone stock including the Merl Haggard tape in the tape deck

Is that a pool of something under the front of the truck or is that from an earlier rain fall? Just curious.
