just curious if any of you guys have boughten these black headlights... im really looking at getting some but am kind of confused about the whole headlight replacement thing. any info would be great
Info on the process of replacement or info on the brand of lights?
Never heard of them. If you want black headlights, do yourself a favor, man up and get either the OE Harley headlights or the Hella semi-blacked out lights (lightly tinted lens). Don't waste your $$ on cheap aftermarket lights.

Cheap aftermarket projectors are usually pretty lousy, the high beams are probably even worse...
Even if you aren't worried about seeing well, they often give off lots of glare to oncoming traffic. Optics don't seem to be very important to the cheap light manufacturers.
I saw a newer Ram with some aftermarket LED equipped lights at Sonic last weekend. One side had one LED out, the other had 2 gone. Looked pretty bad IMO.
I wouldn't want to be the guinea pig.
