How hard is it to replace the dpfe sensor on a 4.6l

Very simple! Go to Ford and buy one, then you will see that it has 2 hoses. Take the top cover off the throttle body and its on the drive side. The one Ford will sell you will be black plastic and if you have an original it will be aluminum colored and mounted. They had a design change a few years ago.
