Is there a roll pan made for a 93 Bronco so you can take off your rear bumper?

No they sure don't.
You can buy one for an F-150 and modify it like I did for mine. You can see some pictures here:

What did you have to do to modify the rollpan? I've been planning on adding one to my bronco, since the bumper is already missing. Any info would be great!

I added a L-shaped piece of aluminum to the top of the rollpan, to close the 1.50" gap that was there, and applied a skim-coat of body-filler (bondo) over it. Primed it then painted it to match the truck. I've got some pictures that would probably help explain better than words. You might have to cut and paste these. I don't know how to post images here.
