I am the proud owner of a 1988 FORD RANGER. Basically I Payed $ 45.00 for it !! Had a bad STARTER AND SOME OTHER PROBLEMS !! But SHE run's !! I am enjoying it !!!!!!!!!! FUN !! My main transportation is a H-D !! Basiclly out of the cold and rain !!! The RADIO IS WORTH MORE THAN THE WHOLE TRUCK !! Just want to know about some thing's!!! May I just stick arround ?? And see what's up ?? I really like the vehicle !!!! Cute lil toy !!!! I have had dullie's,and new 4x4-F-350'S but !!!!!!!!! I like the lil 4 cylinder 2.0 L RANGER !!!! 5 speed !! By all means stick around and post any questions or comments in our forums. The Ranger forum is very active and you will find a lot of help and advice there. I used to have a 88 Ranger with the 2.9 and I could do a lot more off road with it then I can with my LD. Both truck served a purpose and they served them well. I also ride year round but it's on a KLR 650. I like the HD's but it's kinda hard on them to take them off road and jump terraces with them. Lol
