intermittent starting
Yes there is a fuel pump relay. On my 89 Bronco it is on the driver side wheel well with some other relays, well marked. On a 93 it may be somewhere else, I don't know for sure.
Have you checked the coil wiring?
Get a Hayne's or Chilton's (or both) repair manual for the truck. It will help out considerably.
No start > the pump shuts down after second or two.
Have you done a fuel rail pressure check yet?
A tester can be borrowed from Autozone.
