Thanks for the help!

Just wanted to say this, I just purchased a 99 Ex. 4.6 2wd, and was having some problems with the heat and it not wanting to crank on the first try. I took it to the dealer twice and of course they couldn’t find the problem. Warranty issue they did want to spend the time or money to find the problem or fix it. Well, I joined the forum and did a search and found more information than I could have asked for. Armed with the information that I found, I went to the dealer a third time and told them what the usual causes of these issues were. It was amazing they found the problem right away and fixed them.

That being said, I am glad that there are sources like this site and the kind of people on this site that are welling to pass on their knowledge and their experiences to others to help them. Great job guy and great site, thanks.

What was the problem associated with the hard starting?
