Transmission Cooler

I have a 2002 350 SD - I just had a chance to purchase a Tru-Cool oil cooler like brand new. Has anyone out there install one and connected it in line with the stock cooler? If so; where did you mount it? Or did you just eliminate the stock one and go with only the Tru-Cooler. I pull a 5th wheel and would like as much cooling as possible. Thanks

Kept the factory one and just added this one in series. I drilled holes into the supports and used bolts in the top and zip ties in the bottom.

Essentially like the one in this pic, but it looks like he used bolts in the bottom.

While your in there, my stock cooler did a better job after we moved it during the warn semi hidden kit install. You might want to look at better places for both of them, put them somewhere were they get good air flow.
