Twin Transfer cases

I have heard of this being done. Anyone have any information on it? I am currently running an 86 Bronco, 351W, C6, and 3.55 gears. I know there is not alot of room back there for the rear drive shaft but I am willing to not lift my truck for the additional performance of two transfer cases. Thanks for your help. NORM

Twin Transfer cases

Marlin Crawler makes dual transfer cases and super low gearing for mostly Toyotas BUT there are ways to adapt them yourself however you would creating it yourself. Tera Manufacturing makes them for the jeeps too... once again they would have to be modified. Basically these are two transfers that are "mated" to a single dual stick unit. I imagine you could install a second transfer in line with the first one. This would require modifiying the rear drive shaft to a shorter one and making the front longer. Possibly you could "tub" out the interior of the bronco to accept the second unit. Being a full framed vehicle leaves us with that choice.

I think it would be an interesting try if you are that hardcore into off-roading and crawling.
