Well sort of. There are some issues to be straightened out. I have a massive exhaust leak due to the fact one of the head pipe collectors doesn't mate properly. Becuase of that leak, I am running on a 750 CFM Carter, that isn't tuned quite right, not the EFI. It is a manual choke carb and I have no choke cable, so I have to pump the carb and set the choke and then get into the truck to start it.
Once warm it starts and runs smooth, although there is an off-idle problem in the carb. Some Delaware FTE members were the first to see it run. It has ENOURMOUS POWER.
I have ordered new collectors, and when they arrive I'll take it and get the exhaust work done. Then the carb comes off and the EFI will go on.
Great news Danlee!! My 434 is coming along. The valves have been shipped for my heads and I should have them flowed next week. I'll post the numbers once I have them.
I am going to wait until I get the EFI setup running, so I can get underhood shots. I took the carb off and installed the high pressure pump and fuel system. I need to finish all the mechanical installation, then do the wiring. I hope to have it running by Saturday 4/14. I want to make the opening Cruise Night put on by my Rod club.
