i have an 85 f150 4x2 w/ 302...just put a edelbrock 600cfm on it w/ performer intake...put an msd dizzy in it w/ built in ignition..haven't even started it yet the msd goes in today
im thinkin bout puttin a cam in it...i dont race, i dont drive it hard, just a weekend cruiser but (ya this will make me sound like an idiot) i just want it to sound nice

Should have been the first thing you changed. Just about anything will work with a carb, but don't bother with anything over 0.500" lift.. the stock heads can't use it.
