Ok i know that the bronco and the f150 are based on the same chassis.
Im about to buy a 85 f150 for parts but im not sure if its gonna be like the mustang and the falcon 95% interchangeable. Im thinking about buying the f150 for the motor and tranny and just drop the whole thing into my bronco and vise versa my bronco has a 300 I-6 with a Np435 tranny and the f150 has a 302 with a T-14/18 tranny.
does this sound like a good idea to anyone else??? I would like to get some opinions before I waste this $50.00 bux sweet deal isnt it
(the owner went to prison )best part of all is it runs like a dream
Sounds like a great deal, go for it. The Bronco and F150 will share the same drivetrain as well as dash, guages, doors and all forward sheet metal, etc.
