'05 SCAB - Airbag Code 2-4
Airbag light is flashing 2 - 4, then stays on. Any ideas what this code is?

Any help would be appreciated...

There is no 24 so I would have to assume 42 which is likely front impact severity sensor. Ive seen a few of these fault out and replacement of the sensor usually fixes the fault. It is mounted on the radiator support under the grille. Wide open access with the hood open.

If you have less than 50K miles on your vehicle just take it to the dealer. AirBag system has 5/50 coverage.

The 42 could well be. And yes, I'm lucky enough to be under 50k, I'll have the dealer take care of it at my next oil change.
