Post Time to let her go

It's time to let my winter beater go.I drove it for 5 winters and this is it.It's a 1988 F150 4x4 Lariat trim,5.0, 5spd ,runs ,drives ok,needs breaks and who knows what else. The tranny is weak as it pops out of rev,it's also very rusty.A/C is dead,c/c and D side window Dead. But there is some good parts on it,take a look here in my gallery https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...&albumid=27418
What do you guys think it's worth? This dude from work offered me $300 bucks.Let me know what you think.

I'd think $300 is a steal. Ask a grand, see what happens.

It`s way too rusty to ask $1,000 but $300 does seems abit low depending on how good the motor runs and if it uses lots of oil.
Maybe somewhere in between, say $700-750 as you can always come down till it sells.

Yeah 300 is too low. Like Fom says. 700 to 750 sounds more like it. You said the tranny is popping. But the tranfer case and diffe are worth that much, so is the motor if it is still deecent.
I go a 1000 or best. You should get 700 for it.

I just said a grand cause the majority of people want to negotiate on the price. 700 to 800 would be a good sale price.
