[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-Apr-02 AT 02:30 PM (EST)]I did my 85 Bronco last year, also with manual hubs and there as a C clip in a little groove on the inside of the hub and a snap ring on the end of the shaft. If it is all funky in the hub like mine was it can be a little hard to see the C clip. I pair of dental type picks were very useful in getting it out. You'll also need to get a spanner nut socket to get the two spanner nuts off that hold the hub on (hopefully I'm using the correct terms). Hope this helps.
