Need help with Level 3 Edge Tuning

I had about 1/4 Tank of 87 Octane left so I went and filled up with 93.(don't have 91 here) I drove for a while in Level 2 to burn off the 87 octane. Well, I went and programmed to level 3 and my truck was just bogging down. Does this mean I still have some 87 left? Itried bringing the timing back a degree and it still bogged bad. I am not sure if this bogging I am feeling is detonation or pinging. Never experienced either.

try adding more fuel !

I am wondering if what I bought was even 93 octane. I got it at Kroger. Oh, I also advanced the timing 1 degree with no luck. In fact after trying level 3 it took me a bit to get the thing driving normal again. Even in level 2.

Okay I figured out the problem. I have been going to Level 3 custom and changing the tire size. I just tried it without going to custom and it works great. But now I can't change my tire size.
