I just bought an edelbrock toker ll intake manifold for my '83 351W. It doesn't have a spot for the EGR components anywhere. It also doesn't have the vacuum line ports on the front of it just below the carb. How do I put it on?

Is this a CARB or a TB? I don't think a Torker II was built for smog. Why a Torker II? Isn't that a single plane manifold. I'm guessing your putting it on a built 5.8L because you will need some horsepower to make up for the loss in torque.
I was looking at one myself, simply for the reason they sell a lot of them on ebay. They are supposed to be "inbetween" a single plane and a dual plane. They are a single plane, but it has very small runners going from the open plenum area into the heads.
I chickened out and bought a Ford cast iron 4 bbl intake instead. $10.00 + $36.00 shipping.
Sorry, I made a mistake. For some reason I thought about the old "streetmaster" intakes they don't make anymore.
Your correct, the torker II is going to be terrible on a truck, unless the engine has been highly modified, and the rearend gears have been changed. It's going to be very soggy on the lowend.
Any manifold with the divider in the middle(dual plane). The original manifolds had 4 seperate holes and the aftermarket ones usually have two long slots where the carb sits.
