The PSD's have no issues running bio. It's actually a great fuel system cleaner, as well as being superior in lubricity compared to regular dino diesel.

Ford only recommends up to 5% bio. Main reason is that quality can be an issue at certain filling stations. Find a place that sells good bio and you'll be fine.

Bio at 100% has a tenancy to go solid at around 32 degrees. Even at B20 it could have problems in my north country.

Where are you filling up @ with bio in CO?
What are you using B20 or.........?
What are current prices?

My uncle runs 100% Bio in his '99 Excrusion 7.3L and he has no problems. Just in the winter when it gets around teh 40's he uses 50% Bio & 50% Diesel........Other than that he has been doing it for about 1 year now and no problems...Just make sure its super clean.

Unfortunately I can't find a station close to me right now. It's about a 40 minute one-way trip to the nearest bio station. I did run bio when I was living in South Carolina. My truck has had everything from B2 to B100. Right after I moved to Colorado I dropped the fuel tank to do the hutch and harpoon mods, and the tank looked brand new on the inside. So when I say bio will keep your fuel system clean, you better believe it! Also my injectors were much quieter with the bio. That's why I did the hutch mod as soon as I moved here. ^&#%$ regular diesel makes my truck noisy.
