Rebel Flag

John likes posting his Confederate Flag on his truck but he gets so MUCH ***** here for it. Even from my wife. They don't know the true history because the northern books change the true history of what happened. I know and I tell people everyday but they are brainwashed from bluecoats writing history books and those kids using them in school. Now I'm probably gonna get spanked by a super moderator again.

fly it with pride , it's my heritage not just a way of life or a group of people. it's awful funny how all the folks that come from the land that fought so hard to destroy the confederacy are now all breaking there neck to move down here. to make matters worse they think they can just change the way things are done here with all of there liberal thoughts and suggestions. people say the south will rise again, to be quite frank I think it already has.....

Ok, Good... I didn't want to say to much but I did notice when I worked In Charlotte most of the people were either Yanks or from somewhere else. It pissed my friends off to no end. And I was a kid then. I garauntee they teach a different history in highschool up north then they do down south because I grew up in both places. And I even had a black teacher tell me my history was full of *****.

I'm a Northener by birth, but a Southerner by heritage and I've flown the Rebel Flag an all my trucks for years. It's not unusual up here in northeastern Washington State. My grandparents on both sides came up here looking for work during the Depression.

We have the same problem up here with people moving here trying to escape the crowding and crime...but also bringing those problems with them. They also want to try and change things to be just like the places they just left.

If my Rebel Flag scares of just one Californian I'd be happy!

Now I can understand that! I'm not trying to scare anyone but show true flying colors. But if it keeps one dang Californian out of our state. Oh, so sorry.... bye, bye

And that would be? Just so I know... not being a smartass. I thought y'all didn't like the term "Rebel Flag" that much.

If people don't want the true history which was written about and documented by Professors from Yale and Harvard then they are the ones with problems. I wear my shirts and I have my Flag If people don't like it Kiss off.I grew up in SC where it started in more ways than one. The War of Northern Aggression was about over taxation and told the Federals to basically stay out of the South that we were not going to support them.

No worries about your post is ok. Yes it was about state rights. But if you look through our true history of the U.S. there was a lot of that going on before the Civil War.After the Revolutionary war the Goverment was so far in Debt because of it that they decided to start taxing whiskey like England try to do among other taxes. The taxes were so high people couldn't pay them.If you read the history of moonshiners that you would find the term started in the 1790. So our Goverment was really flawed from the start. And When states try to exercise their rights they get slapped for it.

There is nothing wrong with flying 'Dixie'. Some want to make it a black/white thing, but they have not studied history. 'Dixie' is Heritage not Hate!

The 'Civil War' was actually 'The War of Northern Aggression'. They had ties to England, but the South had the supplies...It was a war based on economy.
