steering colum play

Well last night when I was driving my truck I notice that my steering wheel colum has some up and down play in it. Not really that much but I can feel it. We had a 04 f250 out back today at work so I compared my truck to it. It also felt like it had some play as well it has 58,000 miles on it and my truck has 79,600. Anyone else have this problem? anything I can tighten up or is my steering colum just wearing out?

Is it in the steering wheel like just the wheel goes up and down or is it the entire column itself? My column moves a lil bit up and down too.

Its the entire colum right where the joint is to move the colum up or down. I was hoping that maybe its kinda normal or there is an adjustment or something I dont know how long its been like that I have owned it almost 2 years and never have really noticed it till last night

IDK if it will get worse, mine has been the same since i bought it and its lifted so when i get in I NEED to pull on the wheel. Im a big guy and i still have not felt it getting any worse and im pulling on the wheel which is pulling on the column as well. I dont think there is an adjustment for that.
