I have never completely removed one before, but you should have to. There are accessories attached to it and then push clips/screws hold the liner to fender. It will most likely be a nightmare because of all of the junk the diesels have on the fenders. I'd suggest getting some from the junk yard to make your template with and then spend a weekend drilling the extra holes your diesel requires.
No you dont. There are a few screws with clips and a bunch of those plastic pop fasterners. The rest is just muscle. Wear some gloves when you pull and tug to get them past the fenders. THose buggers are stiff.
yea they come out the fender wells but i vote for junk yard ones to make your new
ones. go take em out your self see how the flexable plastic ones come out then you will have a plan to put in the stiff steel ones good luck lets see em when you done maybe i will buy some from ya
