Keep an eye on the junkyards. I got an almost new rear bench for about $100. I was really looking for seatbelts, as mine were chewed up by the previous owner's dogs. They were $90 from Ford, so I opted for the whole deal.

Also keep an eye on ebay, I have seen those come up for sale. There is a company on there that sells just leather seat covers do a search with the word leather seats and check with the guy that has all the seat cover posts, he might be able to help you. There is also a salvage yard called Greenleaf that seems to post alot of leather seats on ebay and you can check them out on the web also. The have several different yards through out the US and you can check for parts on the web site. If it comes up as none, try swapping years as I believe different years will work. I have done a lot of searching and have finally decided to just have mine redone. I have a 1991 Silver Anniversary and the seats were only made 1 year. I have a local shop that is going to just reupholster the seating area since that was the only worn out section of the seat. Ford laughed when I called and one shop wanted 3200.00 because they are not available anymore.
