It's a common misconception that they were standard on `05s.
For 2005 they were in the "4x4 Trailer Tow Group", which was only the sway bar and the towing mirrors. When we bought our used Limited 4x4 V10, it didn't include that package. We wouldn't be able to park in the garage with those satellite dishes hanging off the sides of our truck! Sure do envy them when towing our travel trailer though!
Got the equalizer installed and all adjusted today and took it out for about 25 miles of freeway and it handles like my '98 3/4 ton suburban did, straight down the road, but with more power...I was about 2" too high on the hitch so the front of the TT rides too high and so now that's adjusted..Funny thing is that while the TV fender well heights are essentially the same, the left side is sitting exactly 1" lower, front and back, than the right and they are even when the TT is not hooked up,37" front and 40" rear with 40# in the bags.....I will remeasure with the rear tires inflated to 80# for our 11 day trip this next week...
Now,I'm just waiting for the Sway bar.. May not have to adjust the steering box after all as its really settled down
