ok guys well im going to be putting our 88 F250 up for sale pretty soon here.....absolutely nothing wrong with it. we just don't need a truck this big anymore.....it is a 1988 F250 lariat with a custom wooden, fully stained and sealed flatbed. with drop in wooden slats that are stained and sealed on the inside and herculined on the outside. it has a 1 ton rear end in it with a lower gearing set in it....it has a 351CI winsor engine in it with a stainless steel exhaust and some high performance mufflers and a K&N intake (not just a filter but a twin tube intake) it has an upgraded stereo and the interior is in really good shape. 4X4 works really well and has manual locking hubs. truck has a new fuel sending unit of the front fuel tank and some new parts on the front end such as the axle joints and stuff.. the frame has been cleaned and herculined so its pretty rust proof. the tires are in really good shape and the engine runs really strong and starts first try every time...all the fluids have been changed, transmission fluid, engine oil and readend oil. the rear suspension has been beefed up with 10 leaf springs on each side to haul a very large load in the bed or the ability to hookup a really large 5th wheel. the truck has both the hitch mounted under the rear bumper and a large 5th wheel with all the electrical hookups. Paint is in pretty good shape with some small chips her and there but nothing big. the truck has a plow hookup on the front also.. im not sure how much its worth...i was thinking about $3800-$400..... anyone have any idea what its worth.....
No problem. People can give you advice and things. We don't want the boards turning into a flea shop. Once you figure out what you think you should sell it for then maybe advertise it in the classifieds. There is a link at the top of the page.
ok here are a few poics of it before we did all the work to it...it looks basically the same except the bed sides are now black, wheels are black. under coating is black and its much cleaner now and there is no longer a gap in the bed slats and all the metal on the bed has been herculined.....
