I have a quick question??? does styleside mean that the truck bed is one of those where it has the bubble rear fenders?? or the regular style bed?? negotiating online and I dont want the bubble rear fenders!?
I didnt see that anywhere on the ford website, I actually thought they stopped making that type of box. If thats the case then I have to keep looking for a different truck because it doesnt look like I could fit 3 dirt bikes back there nor my quad. Your truck looks good btw I love black.
Thanks! I just realized your question pertained to the tremor package thread. It's 48" wide and exactly 6' long. If that effects any decision making. You can always get one of those bed extenders if it'll help. They really are a nice looking rear on these trucks.
I'm pretty sure the styleside is the regular bed, whereas the flareside is the "bubble bed". I know for a fact old F-150s had "FlareSide" emblems when the bubble bed first came out.
OH you know what? I believe you may be right. I do remember mine being flareside. Tho that styleside may be the Mazda bed I've seen on a few Rangers lately. It looks to be the regular sized bed, just maybe an inch or three skinnier. Good call RP.
you guys just put a smile to my face, after so much work trying to track down my truck with all the options I thought I was going to back down because of that little detail. Ill be filling out the paper work tonight and sending it back and hopefully my new truck will arrive to my door step somtime next week as its in transit from the factory over to sacramento, then it has to be shipped to me in southern california. Thanks dudes! what would I have done without this website haha.
