rear bumpers is there a difference ?

Hey guys i have a 1999 f150 ext. cab 4x4 4.6 5spd an i changed the bed from styleside to flairside. I don't have the step pads for the flairside yet, the bumper from the styleside is still on the truck an it looks to wide, am I just seeing things or are the bumpers different, anyone know?

Bumpers are different. Supercrew and Stylesides are shorter than flaresides.
