I have two holes in my floor board. What is the best way to fis them? Just patch them? Or can I buy a new floor board and have that welded in? Where could I fine a good quality floor board that won't break the bank?

there is a US counterpart, but i forget the name. This will give ya an idea of price. Autobody supply stores should get you the same part. If i remember, each complete floor side was about $35. You can cut and weld or cut and glue in (with special adhesive) the new panel. If you don't have a welder, you can grind out the old panel, and cut new panel to overlap 1/2" to 1" all around, and drill some holes every couple inches around the perimeter to have a welding shop spot weld in place. Then you can apply seam sealer to the seam, let harden, and place carpet or mat back on. (factory uses seam sealer on all seams)
How big are the holes.
I had small holes in my floor boards, and I put POR 15 to stop the rust, and then used a epoxy puddy to fill in the small holes, and put a bedliner over it all.
