Service manual

I've been reading this forum for several weeks and am impressed with the knowledge shown. My question: I would like to have a factory manual for my '03 F-150 4.2L, have located a "real" manual on ebay for an '02. Are the two trucks close enough to be able to use it? Any changes that would make it obsolete for my application? Thanks.

Same info between '02 and '03. I would buy a DVD over the single year manual. With the DVD you will get more info that doesn't come in the single year manual.
