I have a 2000 250 and over the past few days it has developed a strange grinding sound near what seems to be the front drivers side. It only happens for a few seconds and then goes away for a few miles and then comes back. Also it has only happened at low speeds. Thanks for any help! What do you guys think?
I would look at your front bearings. I would start by jacking up the front end and then grab the tire top and bottom and see what kind of movement you get if any. Also take a look at your hubs. There has been plenty of post on here about both.
