Vinyl Restoration

The vinyl in my interior is in need of some attention. At one point it was a nice bluish color. Now it has faded to an ugly brown and it flakes off leaving dust every where. IS there any way to fix this problem to make it look good again?

Take it to the interior shop and get the seat covered for about $450, and buy all new interior panels from a old truck vendor.

We redid my son's interior. We dyed the vinyl and plastic. turned out very nice

But did you sand the vinyl to remove the old stuff.

Where was that thread about dyeing in the appearance section the search engine is not cooperative at brigingin it up.

yes and used simple green to clean off. We use a stiff brush to scrub with then made sure we cleaned it off good. Let it dry real good also. on the plastic we use an adheasihen promoter called bull dog grip feom walmart. Just use very light coats.
