SnowBear Snowplows
Yep, I bought one last December and think it is a good deal for the money. I especially like the "receiver" type of bracket that makes taking it on and off a snap. I removed my "reciever" when winter was through and will put it back on next winter. The switch prevents you from rolling the window up all the way and the blade will block most of your headlights, so plan accordingly. I plow before letting the snow get too deep, but it will easily handle 4-6 inches at a time. I put about 600 lbs of water softener salt in the bed for additional traction (I have the posi-traction rear end) and never spun the tires. I use it mainly to clear my self-serve car wash lot, my drive and the neighbors, and my section of our dead-end street.

Sure, I plowed 2 years with my 1999 F-150 2wd automatic and have been using the same plow on a 1987 Dodge Dakota 2wd automatic. The F-150 with a good load of water-softener salt in the bed did a very good job. The Dakota without a posi rear end doesn't do quite as well. Remember this is a "light duty" plowing system though.
