do you mean fleetguards lf9027 venturi combo oil filter? they seem to be very good filters. I have just started using them and have a case (12 total) of them. I would love to get rid of a few though cause at 10k oil changes it will take me forever to use them up. they should easily let you go 10,000 miles on oil changes (verify with oil analyisis)
they are a full flow/bypass combo filter. they go in the stock filter lovation and have a stacked disc bypass filter in the bottom of the filter.
