oil puddle where hot ic tube connects

Hello I have a 2000 F-250 Supercab PSD 4x4 and I am stripping off the hot i/c tube insulation. When I removed it I noticed a small pool of oil in the housing where the tube mounts. Is this something I should be concerned with or is it normal. My truck has 97k miles. Thanks for any help.

If you have not done the CCV mod, its normal. Make sure you clean the tube and boots really well to prevent leaks, might as well clean the other tube and boots while your at it.
