To my knowledge, there is nothing different.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the flareside bed Ford put on the regular F150's are the same ones put on the Lightnings.
A lot of my L buddies have a hard tonneau cover on their L. ******* being one of the most common.
