Buy it up Ross, you got the room in your shop...........lol
I'd even go as far as either driving it, or your other truck so you can get both of them out and about at the same time
Cool truck, find me a 51 or 52 and I might get hooked again. I think I am the biggest fish in the 51 and 52 market right now. Put one in front of me with a cheap price and its going to my storage lot. I need help, but I hope it doesn't come soon!
Bob does your 48/51 F4 have a 51 front clip or grille?
I love your avatar. Let me know how to do that.
I can put my 51 F-6 conventional, my 52 F6 coe on one. That would be way cool, with my goal of taking the 51 to superNats this year. I will be working late tomorrow night, Tuesday all day and night, Wed all day and night, and finally Saturday late afternoon and all night.
Originally my F-4 was a '51 but I like the design of the '48-50 better so I bought a '48 F-4 and switch the sheetmetal to the '51's chassis. I sold all of the '51 sheetmetal.
As for the avatar, I made a drawing of my truck, drew a background and made three copies. In each copy I placed telephone poles in different places to make it look like the truck is moving. The signature animation I basically did the same thing. I drew pictures of my three trucks and moved them into position copied the frame and then moved them ahead and copied that frame and so on. I don't have a fancy drawing program, just Paint Shop Pro and Animation Pro.

Kevin, Bobs 51 F-4 sheetmetal is currently sitting in my garage bolted to my 52' F-3/6 project However its going to be getting a set of 52' F-6 badging (including the emblem I got off ya ) Heck you can see the front clip sitting right there in my avatar (or in my gallery)
Now back to topic, that paddy wagon looks like a cool truck, probably one of those rarities that deserves a resto. I love the armored ca look of it.

Sweet panel, I love that shade of blue. I just watched something on the History channel this weekend on the Irish in America. Apparantly all the Irish cops and the fight'n Irish were put in the wagon so you had a Irish driver and
Irish passengers in the back. Hence a Paddy Wagon...
Apologies to Notre Dame fans.
