1956 Windshield wipers
I recently replaced the wipers on my truck-when you turn the switch to off where are they supposed to stop. Mine stop kind of in the middle of the windshield. I did have to disconnect the motor and take it out many months ago when I was replacing the wiring to do some internal rewiring on the motor. Where the wipers in those days made to stop in the down position or did you just have to time it as best as you could with the switch. I haven't been around for awhile but the rest of my truck is running well.

They will return to the correct position when turned off, if it is set up correctly. I forget what is not right when they dont return, someone will be right by who remembers...
