Looking to get the ford moulded mudflaps for my 07
Does anyone know if the tires need to be removed to install these
Also do they use existing holes or is drilling required
Thanks
I put a set of Ford molded mud flaps on my 07 screw and I removed the wheels. Just made it easier to drill the few holes that are required. Total installation time was about one hour.
on my 06, i left the wheels in place.... no need to drill any holes, everything fit perfect. even working around the tires still only took about 45 minutes total.

so, you only attached the mud flaps to the two existing screws that are there....most mud flaps call for a hold on the top of the mud flap and on on the far inside of the flap...
yes, i only used the 2. they are still secure, and hold tight to the body, so i wasnt worried out going crazy with it.
well, mine seamed secure also but you have to think that if you get mud in there and snow pack it weighs a lot so in my opinion it's a good idea to just drill the few holes and put them on right...
