Cleaning The Removable Top

What products do you guys use to clean the Bronco's Hard-top? I had some idiot graffiti with a magic marker the top of my 91 Bronco and now it looks like my Bronco belongs in the slums of NYC. I wish I could have caught the *******! I'm hoping that I can completely remove this marker with some type of product.

Cleaning The Removable Top

Try using a bit of rubbing alcohol on a rag, first. I'm not sure if you have a hidden area to test, but that would be preferred. I believe this might remove the marker without damaging the finish. There is also a product on the market called "Goof Off", which is some sort of solvent. I've got a can of it, and it smells sort of like Varsol or mineral spirits. It's made to remove this sort of thing, but I'm not sure of how it could affect the top's finish. Again, start with a small area and a white rag, if possible, to determine if you're doing any damage to the top.
