It was brought up to maybe have the next GTG at Emporia. Before we decide that I think we need to decide when the next GTG will be. Looking at the calender I see Easter is April the 8th. So if we had the GTG on the first saturday for a NE GTG on the 7th I think we'd have trouble with attendence.
I will be out of town on the 2nd saturday of April on the 14th. And I was told that there is a big swapmeet at the Woodlands in KC that weekend.
We could have it on the 21st. I will still be out of town.
I can get things taken care of ahead of time and don't have to be at the GTG. So if others want to have it on the 14th or 21st then great. I will be back before the 28th so we could do it then but that would put us close May.
The last option would be to skip the GTG in April. While I'm not a big fan of skipping GTG's if that's what folks want to do then that's what we'll do.
That sounds good... Duane was talking about making smothered anchiladas for the next g2g... Third weekend sounds good to me but am open to other dates.
The earlier exchange was about Montana Mike's if my remember is working. But as I said in my first post we need to decide if and when first.
The only Saturdays that I will be in KS in April are the 7th and the 28th. I'll do what I can to help get this going. I need some folks to post up though. Clint, Duane, Tony, Lynn, Mike, ect.... let me know what you want to do.
I'm not big on making phone calls. This is an internet club. That's the idea. For folks to post information so other folks know what is going on. I can make the arrangements even if I can't be there. This is your club. I need you to tell me what you want do.
The 21st works best for me and we can have it at my place in the back yard. The wife is wanting to make smothered burritos for everyone (you WONT be dissapointed!) If that's what everyone wants to do I can post up some side dishes and stuff to bring and we can make a pot luck outta it.
